FAQ/Info

The Roberts Centre is a GREAT VENUE for a dog show!

It’s right off I71 – on Rt68. It’s a bit of a rural location – but that’s why it’s so ideal for dogs! There is a fenced grass yard for dogs to run in, there is ample space to walk dogs, park your car and your RV, too. The grooming hall has ample electric, there are booster baths set up in the loading dock that enter right into the grooming area. The onsite restaurant is a Max & Erma’s and there is a McDonalds, Dairy Queen, Subway and Wendy’s right out front – as well as several gas stations.

Scentwork, obedience/rally and agility are all inside on thick matting making it easier on the dogs for jumping. The Conformation ring will be blue carpeting with low ring gates. The lighting is good and consistent, the sound system is reliable, there are many conference rooms, plenty of space inside and it’s heated/air conditioned.

Our weather that week should be reasonable. It will likely be cool in the mornings – so bring a jacket or so for layering. Rain/showers are always possible during this time of year, so bring rain gear as well. And, the afternoons can be warm, so bring some sun shades for your outside ex-pens, cars, etc.. The great news is – it shouldn’t be bitter cold, icy or snowy! We are in full bloom here in SW Ohio – so if you have pollen allergies, bring some meds with you… you will need them here!
